Closer look at the Intermezzo – Party to remember

The game is divided into three parts. You can read about the first chapter here, but now it is time for PARTY.

On Friday evening, the whole La Cage will be full of lights, music, dancing, and good vibes. The party takes place after major events change La Cage forever: the first chapter ends with the Gang leaving the place or dying in the courtyard. Afterward, there will be about a three-hour break – to fully process the first chapter, have dinner, rest a little, attend a quick workshop, and even possibly pimp out the costumes for the evening.

In contrast to the end of the First chapter, Friday night is not a time for sadness: it is a time to kick back, enjoy the company of others, and live through some uncommon events. Maybe it is something in the drinks, maybe it is the magic of the moment, but there will be quite a few strange visitors to La Cage. Famous producers will come to La Cage to scout for talent, the normally Unseen locals will shine in their full glory and some old lost friends will even come back to party.

There are a few extra super simple “rules” for the night:

  1. Everything is positive: You might create a bit of drama, but during Friday night, everything needs to end up with positive emotions or at least catharsis
  2. Be uplifting: There will be quite a few shows – support the artists, dance with the music, join in with the fun
  3. Accept weirdness: Yes, it is quite possible that the person you vaguely know has massive golden antlers now
  4. Accept cardboard: Wow, this cardboard cutout of a dog is obviously not just a piece of paper, it is a living, breathing dog

Friday night should be the night to remember, full of hope, art, and optimism for the future. Something to remind you that life can still be beautiful, something to show that everyone in La Cage has their beautiful, soft human side: and something to provide the contrast to the horrible hangover of the Second Chapter. You can read more about that the next time.
